TERMS & CONDITIONS

MODE OF PAYMENT (MOP)

A mandatory down payment of at least fifty percent (50%) or full payment is required prior to the commencement of any service. Payments shall be made primarily through GCash transactions. Alternative e-wallet methods may be accepted only if mutually agreed upon between the seller and the client.

Note: Use of PayPal as a payment method is only applicable for customers who specifically request to avail of Navzigar’s services via PayPal and is subject to prior approval.

All payments must be settled within the given timeframe upon confirmation of the order. Failure to complete the required payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation slot. The seller reserves the right to decline or pause any transaction in cases of incomplete or unverified payment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESS

An order shall only be considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and acknowledged. Clients are expected to provide complete and clear details of their request upon availing the service.

Customized Edits: Any orders that go beyond the provided samples and styles will incur additional charges and may require a longer processing time. This is because such orders involve exploration and study of the requested design type before finalization.

Any revisions in instructions after confirmation may affect the timeline and may be subject to additional charges, depending on the extent of the changes requested.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests are strictly allowed only within two (2) days from the date of order confirmation. Beyond this period, all orders are considered final and non-cancellable. All payments made are strictly non-refundable, as time, effort, and resources are immediately allocated upon confirmation of the order, regardless of the progress of the work. The seller reserves the right to proceed with the order as planned, make necessary adjustments, or finalize the output based on the last confirmed instructions provided by the client.

This ensures that the seller can reserve necessary materials, scheduling, and focus on providing quality output for each client. In the event that the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the order will still be considered active and non-refundable. To maintain transparency and accountability, instances of sudden or prolonged unresponsiveness may be posted on the timeline as part of awareness for potential clients regarding ghosting behavior.

RUSH ORDER POLICY

The standard processing time for regular orders is five (5) days. Orders requiring completion within zero (0) to three (3) days are classified as rush orders and will incur corresponding fees based on urgency:

Rush fees are applied per bundle order. However, for orders consisting of fewer than two (2) items (particularly format-based requests), a deduction of ₱5.00 from the applicable rush fee may be granted.

Acceptance of rush orders is limited and subject to the seller’s availability and workload capacity. The seller reserves the right to decline any rush requests when necessary to maintain the quality of service.

REVISION POLICY

Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions, provided that such requests remain aligned with the original instructions submitted.

Major revisions, including but not limited to changes in layout, or overall direction after the initial output has been delivered, may be subject to additional charges. Repeated or excessive revisions beyond reasonable limits may also incur additional fees or be declined at the seller’s discretion.

DELIVERY OF OUTPUT

Final outputs will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, depending on the type of order and any applied rush conditions.

Delays caused by incomplete client instructions, late responses, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be the responsibility of the seller. However, proper communication will be maintained in case of any schedule adjustments.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND REVIEW

Clients are highly encouraged to share their feedback, insights, and experiences regarding the service. Constructive feedback plays a vital role in improving service quality and overall client satisfaction.

By availing the service, the client acknowledges that their feedback may be used for service improvement purposes.

CONCERNS AND COMMUNICATION

For any concerns, clarifications, or disputes, clients are expected to directly communicate through the official page inbox. Public posting of unresolved concerns without prior communication is strongly discouraged. The seller is committed to addressing all issues fairly, provided that proper and respectful communication is observed.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By availing of the service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the stated terms and conditions. These policies are implemented to ensure fairness, transparency, and a smooth transaction process for both parties.
